Contracts are in place that protect both businesses’ confidentiality. System usernames and passwords are swapped via LastPass which is a password manager, allowing you to share your password without sharing the specific details. The access is controlled by you, and can be revoked at any time.
We accept payment by bank transfer and debit/credit card (all major cards accepted).

Yes, any specific software required BTS by your business must be provided by you. However, we do have our own software that may enhance the services we can offer: for example Adobe Cloud, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Canva Professional, Clickup and much more.
Day to day communication is done over Voxer (message app) or email. Documents are shared via Google Drive or Dropbox (clients preferred method). Zoom calls can also be scheduled as required.
